Hourly Rate: $50

Project Action Plan: $150

Introductory Offer: 1-hour on-site consultation + 2 hours of hands-on organizing: $100

Hands-on Organizing Packages

6 hours: $300

12 hours: $575 (1/2 hour free)

18 hours: $850 (1 hour free)

24 hours: $1,125 (1-1/2 hours free)

30 hours: $1,400 (2 hours free)

Discounts

Seniors aged 65 or older, realtors, military personnel and veterans, first responders and professional referrals will receive 10% off the hourly rate and 5% off the package rates. “Professional referrals” are those in the mental health and physical health industries, estate lawyers, guardians, trustees, funeral directors, social services and government emergency officials.

Other Considerations

Most jobs require boxes or bins to sort items into categories. If you do not already have these, bankers boxes can be provided for $2.00 each. These boxes are suitable for long-term storage in climate-controlled areas. Three-MIL contractor trash bags are used for trash and soft donations. If an excessive number of bags are used, $1.00 will be charged for each bag. Other donations are best contained in salvaged boxes.

Cost of organizing supplies, product purchases or outside services are extra at no additional mark-up to you.

A shopping fee of $50 per hour is based on time and travel. Charge time starts from the moment the organizer departs from their office or client’s home and ends when the organizer returns to the office or client’s home. Client owns items at time of purchase and reimbursements are due at the time of delivery.

In the event an outside service is hired for construction, repairs, installations, dumpster rentals, etc., we kindly ask that you pay them directly.

Each session includes one free donation drop-off for as much that can be held in a Honda CR-V.

If you are unable to provide parking, an additional parking fee will be charged.

Payment for packaged services is paid at the beginning of the initial session. Prepaid packages must be used within 60 days. Hourly payment is due at the end
of each session.

Cash, check, PayPal and Zelle are accepted as payment.
